GENERAL AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

Affiliates may not place orders using their own affiliate
links. Suspension of the account and partnership will result if bidding on the
My Patriot Supply trademark, MyPatriotSupply.com, or
any related brand trademarks including Ready Hour, Alexapure, Aquamira, Patriot
Seeds, Grid Doctor, Beyond Outdoor Meals, Instafire, and Franklin's Finest and any other trademarks owned by client. This includes, but not limited to, trademark bidding on Google, Facebook/Instagram,
Bing/Yahoo, third party sites, through partners and alternative search
engines, including international versions. If found in violation of
our terms and conditions any pending commission payouts will be forfeited.

CONTENT

Affiliates may not falsely represent our products or brand. My Patriot Supply may periodically review members sites to ensure it meets our site standards. Content must be original, accurate and current. Bot created content is prohibited. Any claims, specifications or photos used must be updated to reflect what is on our website

USE OF DISCOUNT CODES AND COUPONS

My Patriot Supply does not accept or use discount codes or
coupon codes at checkout. Implying that a shopper can "click for a
coupon" will be viewed as fraud. Violators will be removed from the
program. 

Approved affiliates are required to keep contact information
current including address, email, phone number and other relevant account
information.

PAYOUTS & PAYMENTS

Payouts are processed monthly and will be adjusted to reflect
any returns, order changes, or cancellations. Payment will usually be issued
within 30 days of the close of the calendar month, however payment may take up
to 45 days to be issued and will not be issued until the affiliate balance has
reached at least $50.

DIRECT SELLING

All direct or in person(s) selling must be approved by My
Patriot Supply in advance. In the case where direct selling or in person sales
has been approved by us, Affiliates may not act, falsely represent themselves
or give the impression of being an employee of My Patriot Supply or any of our
other associated trademarked brands. 
Additionally, it is a violation to wear our brand on clothing, hand out
materials with our brand on it including pamphlets, business cards, post cards,
or other any other promotional materials. 

If the affiliate is acting in the capacity of a direct
in-person salesperson, that person must leave contact information for themself
and act as the first point of contact for all customer service issues.   It is a direct violation of this affiliate
agreement to misrepresent our products or to mislead customers in ANY way and
if such practices are found, we reserve the right to terminate the affiliate
partnership at any time without prior notice. 

LOCATION

Our affiliate program is only available to those who reside
in the United States or Canada. A current W-9 or W-8BEN for Canadians
must be emailed to [email protected] before payments can be made. A W-9 form can be
downloaded directly off of the IRS website here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf. 

Affiliate accounts will be approved at the discretion of My Patriot Supply and may be
terminated at any time at the discretion of My Patriot Supply. We reserve the
right to change the terms and condition at any time without prior notice.
